How do you manage screen time for yourself?
In my early stages of smartphone usage, I found out that instagram and facebook were stealing my precious hours and ruining my relationship, career and overall life itself.
Currently I don’t use any social media app in my personal device including the YouTube ( shorts ). Whatever I need on social media I check them through my browser. This helps in reducing my screen time drastically.
I score around 2-3 hours of daily screen time, which majorly comes from WhatsApp, calls and messages, payments, reading and other small stuffs. One thing I noticed is that during this practice, we don’t need the majority of the social media that we use today, it’s been made to believe that without social media our life becomes dull and rusty. Only real interactions matter in life.
It’s hard to come to this point where I am right now, but it’s worth the effort.
