What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

The first habit is reading It makes me think wider in every aspect of life. It also improves my vocabulary in the reading language. It satisfies the core craving to learn something new. Sometimes I miss but I will try to read at least 5 mins.

Second is meditation (minimum 5 minutes) which boosts creativity. Helps me understand myself better. Reduces anxiety and improves focus.
