What is the most important thing to carry with you all the time?

Every human being goes through a phase of stress in his/her life. Be it in education, profession, relationship, health etc. Stress is unavoidable. Some may face stress for shorter duration others may face for their entire life..🙁

How to handle stress then?

Stress is a mental state, which alarms something bad for you, and forces you to come out of it ASAP, but most of the time you cannot.

So to deal with that state of mind and navigate smoothly around that situation you should hope everything optimistically and strive to give better from you. Everything happens for good, remember this and do your job with the feeling of responsibility to finish that job gracefully.

A positive mentality helps here. If at any point you don’t find any positive take out of your situation..just compare your stage of life with those who are running way worse than you…

Example: You don’t have enough money piled up for this month’s due, look for a poorer person and how he is struggling with life, undertaking his situation and say thanks to the almighty for keeping you with so much more abundance than him..

And try better Today. This is important you get what you deserve, so to get more in any situation willing to improve yourself or investing yourself more for that is a Must.
